African Studies Association of India is organising a workshop on "Teaching , Researching and Resourcing African Studies in India" on 19th March 2010 at Centre for African Studies, Jawaharlal Nehru University. All Universities in India including Mumbai University, Delhi University, Jawaharlal nehru University, IGNOU and other academic institutions engaged in teaching or research on African affairs are participating in this. Insight on Africa
It is a biannual refereed journal focusing on contemporary African affairs both from academic and policy perspective. It focuses on, though not confined to, Asian perspective on African development and Afro-Asian relations.
Africa Review
It is a biannual peer reviewed interdisciplinary academic. It focuses on, though not confined to, theoritical and historical enquires related to African affairs.

ASA Newsletter
